Lead Forensics
Website redesign
A full redesign of leadforensics.com - every page, template, and component designed from the ground up while working full-time as Head of Creative. Build handled by an external development agency; copy shaped alongside the team's senior copywriter.
ROLE
Sole designer — UX, UI, design system
COLLABORATORS
Copy with Laura (Senior Copywriter); build by external agency
SCOPE
30+ page templates, Figma, handoff docs
LIVE SITE
The problem
The old site had fallen behind where the product and brand had moved to, dated graphics, inconsistent form design from page to page, cluttered navigation across a growing set of features and solutions, and no real design system holding it together.
This page documents the design work as a project rather than a full case study, the site is live and performing, but I haven't yet pulled the before/after performance data to back it with numbers.
The solution
A full redesign covering every page template, a proper design system, custom graphics and illustration, and consistent form design throughout, built around clearer navigation and room to scale as new content gets added.
Process
Wireframes and a shared component library kept 30+ templates consistent before handoff to the development agency.
GRAPHICS & ILLUSTRATION
All supporting graphics and illustrations redrawn to match the new visual system, replacing the old site's dated artwork throughout.
